This policy explains what data we receive when you send a wholesale request or subscribe to our newsletter on the SAAKINUN Wholesale website, and how we use it.

What data we collect

Only what we need to process your request: name, phone, company or store name, city, your preferred contact method (WhatsApp, Telegram, call or e-mail), and your e-mail and comment if you provide them. We store the list of models you selected together with the request.

How we use it

To contact you, confirm availability, prices and delivery terms, and prepare and ship your order. If you provide an e-mail, we send you a copy of your request with the PDF.

We send new arrivals and wholesale offers only to people who ticked the consent box in the form or subscribed in the site footer. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any e-mail or by writing to us.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data or share it for others’ advertising. Data is processed only by services the site needs to work: hosting and database, the e-mail delivery service, the messenger we use for internal team notifications, and — when you order — delivery services, only to the extent needed to deliver.

Storage and security

Data is kept on secure servers and only SAAKINUN staff can access it. We keep it as long as needed to handle your requests and orders, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, change or delete your data, or to stop the newsletter, at any time.
