Requests and confirmation
A request on the site is not an order or a payment. An order is confirmed once our manager agrees availability, colours, quantities and the final price with you.
Prices
Prices are per piece in Chinese yuan (CNY), exclude delivery and are indicative. Minimum order and volume prices are shown for each model and confirmed by our manager.
Payment and delivery
Our manager shares payment terms, delivery times and costs after your request. The order ships once paid.
Quality and returns
We check every piece before dispatch. We accept returns or replacements for factory defects or a wrong model sent — let us know within 7 days of receipt.
Photos and descriptions
Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Materials and sizes are given to help you choose and are confirmed when the order is agreed.
Liability
We’re not responsible for delays caused by delivery services, but we always help resolve them.
